Scott Robinson, CEO
The Cheerful Noise program is Scott’s fulfillment of his promise to his wife Toni who passed away in 1999. Married for thirty-two years, one of Toni’s last requests was to create an environment where women could be empowered and provided choice to improve their lives and the lives of those they care about. As an officer, Scott’s successful military career coupled with his experience as a principal partner in creating one of the largest companies in America specializing in the development and administration of complex charitable instruments for third-party national financial institutions ideally prepared him for this task. At the death of his wife, his company had developed over a billion dollars in assets and was distributing nearly $200 million annually to more than two thousand charities. Subsequently, Scott has enjoyed pursuing successful entrepreneurial and investment opportunities. Cheerful Noise is his attempt to distribute substantial benefits directly to individual women and their families.

Cheerful Noise is the result, offering products that inspire and comfort in addition to opportunities to reward oneself while "spreading the cheer". Cheerful Noise is the dream of several individuals who have a desire to help others achieve what they aspire to in life. Whether that is connecting with friends and family, growing closer to God, or increasing one's sense of self-worth, we have been striving to find the right combination of social, spiritual, and economic elements to help women achieve their dreams.
